Any male or female.
No qualifying total needed.
Can be a 1st time lifter. 

Best Lifter Cash Prizes:
Best Female Lifter by Dots Formula: $500
Best Male Lifter by Dots Formula: $500 

Drug Testing:
Drug testing by urinalysis. Drug Testing will be a 10% targeted selection based on the top DOTS scores.
